We are locally owned, operate with a family-style approach, and provide the skills and expertise you need without the fluff—just real training for real drivers.
We incorporate safety in every lesson. From day one, students learn the importance of doing things the right way – we don’t cut corners. The result: our graduates have exceptional safety records and confidence handling tough situations.
We believe people learn best by doing. That’s why our training is 90% practical. You won’t just sit in a classroom – you’ll be in the driver’s seat, practicing maneuvers, driving actual routes, and mastering the vehicle under expert guidance.
We do what’s right for our students. We’re transparent about costs and expectations, we treat everyone with respect, and we honor our commitments – whether it’s sticking to a schedule or providing extra help when needed. An environment of mutual respect (instructors-students and student-student) makes learning more effective.
Your goal becomes our goal. Need extra practice hours? We’ll arrange it. Nervous about the exam? We’ll do a mock test run with you. We celebrate our students – from the moment you ace the permit test to the day you land your first job, we’re with you all the way.
Trucking is more than a job, it’s a community. At RouteReady, you join a supportive family of instructors, staff, and alumni. We network with industry partners and foster camaraderie in each cohort (just ask any group of students – they form bonds for life). We also give back by participating in community safety events and helping raise awareness about trucking careers.
Our leadership team has over 50 years of combined experience in the CDL training industry. Also, experience in over the road trucking, oilfield services and general industry experience.
Bryan spent 10 years as a driver and over 20 years running schools. He co-founded RouteReady to create “the school I wish I had when I was starting out.” Bryan oversees program development and instructor training. On any given day, you might find him in the yard giving a demo on how to set up an offset – he loves staying involved with students.
With years in driver education, oilfield and trucking expertise, Jamison makes sure we teach not just to pass the test, but to truly prepare for a career. He keeps our lesson plans up-to-date with industry changes and coordinates training across our campuses. Jamison’s passion is evident – he often says, “I’m not just teaching you to drive a truck, I’m teaching you to be a professional.”
In addition to our leadership, we have a tight-knit team of instructors at each campus, all of whom are CDL experts (many are former long-haul drivers or trucking company trainers). What they share is a passion for teaching. They remember what it was like to be a beginner and they make learning fun, practical, and effective. Our instructor team boasts a combined 100+ years of experience behind the wheel, and more importantly, a track record of turning novices into competent drivers
If you’ve read this far, you probably have a pretty good sense of who we are. But we’d love to get to know you. The best way to learn more is to reach out or visit one of our campuses. Come see our training yard, meet our instructors, even sit in on a class if you’d like – we’re confident that you’ll find an environment where you can thrive.
With classes starting every Monday, what’s your excuse?
